The meeting was called to order following the social hour by President David Graff at 6 PM at Clarita's Backyard Café. All were welcomed; new attendees introduced themselves.
Seven officers and 39 members of the community were present.

Secretary's Report
Five emails were received by “info” regarding the Delegado’s community cleanup event; three emails were received regarding community activities. Jenny thanked those responsible for setting up the “forum” and encouraged its use to announce events and activities.
Treasurer's Report
Current funds available are $17,956.69. Funds are also being held for Kinder Projects ( $18,070 ) and purchase of t-shirts ($2,530).
Delegado / President Report
David reported appreciation from Delegado Hermes Ortega for Amigos participation in the Community Clean up event. More clean ups are being held this week at the lagoon & the south beach; we hope the schedule can be posted on the Forum. The Delegado attended the meeting last week and gave his cell phone number as 322-77-98133 should anyone need to contact him.

A Book sale will be held in the Plaza, Sunday, Jan 15, 12:00-5:00. A plastic grocery bag of books costs $50 mxp. You may bring books to donate up to one hour before the event.
Our major Fund Raiser will be Feb 3 & 4.
Friday, Feb 3 is the Walkabout & breakfast; Saturday, Feb 4 is silent auction, rummage sale, taste of Lo event, music, bake sale, margarita sales & pass-the-hat donations.

2012 Project Proposal Ballots were distributed (copy attached) and discussed. Members submitted their signed ballots as the meeting was adjourned.
