PRIMARY SCHOOL BATHROOM REPORT
June 8, 2009
I spoke with Alfonso, the school director, about the items on his wish list and agreed that some of the changes (installing a urinal in the boys bathroom and putting metal doors on the remaining 5 stalls would be too costly at this time. It was suggested that this could be done from a future fundraiser.
The pavers have been installed around the bathrooms and have greatly improved the grounds.
The temporary classroom has not been completed as of this date. Alfonso has applied for government assistance to complete the project and is waiting for a reply.
We would like approval from Amigos de Lo de Marcos for the following work to be preformed at the Primary School.
1. Work to be done on toilets.
- a. Replace four wax rings
b. Replace flush mechanism in toilet tanks where needed
c. Replace water inlet valve and hoses where needed
d. Unplug stopped up toilets
2. Work to be done on sinks
- a. Replace four drain traps
b. Replace four faucets
3. Bathroom lights
- a. Replace light socket
4. Work to be done on water pump (bomba)
- a. Replace on and off switch
b. Replace 7 meters of 1/2 inch pipe
c. Replace valve
d. Repair electrical
5. Work to be done on water tank ( tinaco)
- a. Replace water inlet valve
b. Replace float
c. Replace pipe connection fittings where needed
6. Roof Leaks
- a. Repair roof leaks under tinaco
7. Paint
- a. Paint interior of bathrooms (white)
